JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-09-2017 The period of work of the petitioner under the Corporation is between 01.06.1973 when he was appointed on a class IV post till 1997 when his service was sent to District Consumer Forum, Saharsa. The issue is with regard to contributions, which the petitioner had made and which the petitioner was also required to make for the period of service under them. The issue relates to them and them alone.
Counsel for the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner says that no sooner the declaration and details are provided by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12188 of 2015 dt.22-09-2017 2/2 Corporation and the petitioner, they will act upon it and settle the same.
The writ application is disposed of with a clear understanding that the Corporation will do whatever is required to do and thereafter even the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner will settle whatever is forwarded to them within a period of two months from today. Any default on the part of the authorities will be strictly dealt with.
