This petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 04.05.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Muzaffarpur in Revision Case No. 229 of 2017, which was filed against the order dated 06.12.2017, by which the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 92 of 2011 was rejected by learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed.
