This writ application has been preferred for a direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action and arrest the named accused of Kharagpur P.S. Case No.17 of 1993.

Since, such relief cannot be granted by a writ Court as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in M.C. Abraham and Another V. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in (2003) 2 Supreme Court Cases 649, this writ application stands dismissed as devoid of any merit.
