2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2024 dated 24.08.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 87, 69, 352, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner eloped with the informant and established physical relation with her on the pretext of marriage. After some days, when the informant denied from making physical relations, the petitioner threatened to make her photos viral and kill her husband. Somehow, the informant managed to escape from there.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is a married woman aged about 30 years and the petitioner is 26 years old. From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner established physical relation with the informant with her consent on the pretext of marriage. It is further submitted that the date of occurrence is 18.08.2024 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 24.08.2024. Allegation against the petitioner is that he threatened to make the photographs viral on the social media. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2024 having one criminal case against him. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner established physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage and threatened to make her photograph viral on social media.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 377 of 2024 arising
