Petitioner is an accused in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75802 of 2019 on merit with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after the framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the charge has already been framed in connection with the present case.
