Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Gaya.

Case No. 222 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, before accepting bail bond of the petitioners, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.15,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Gaya.
