2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That the present application is being filed for quashing of the order dated 16.04.2010 passed by the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in G.O. No. 99 of 2009 and T.R. No. 1240 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken for offences punishable under Section 1, 9, 10 of Bihar Sw Mills (Regulation) Act. 1990 and U/s 33, 41, 42 of Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment 1989) Act, 1927."

3. At the very outset, Mr. Vinay Mistry, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the application, the petitioner has died.
