2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 13 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered in front of the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27364 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 the case and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
