The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 registered under Section 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Considering the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation that the petitioner and others forced the informant to dance on stage against her wishes and resorted to indiscriminate firing as a result of which she sustained injury and died in course

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35252 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 of treatment, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
