1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Saran at Chapra vide order dated 08.02.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.3295 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the learned Court concerned, if the Opposite Party No.2 is not fulfilling the condition(s) as laid
