This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to release the vehicle bearing registration no. BR-11AY-9682, Engine No.K12NP1221105 and Chasis No.MBHCZCB3SNDA 05586 in favour of the petitioner which has been seized in connection with NDPS (Spl.) Case No.01 of 2023, arising out of Bhimpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2023.

The Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Supaul is directed to dispose of the application dated 29.04.2024 filed by the petitioner for release of the vehicle in question, by a reasoned order, within a month from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. While deciding the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.763 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 application of the petitioner, the learned Judge will consider the submissions of the petitioner and the judgments cited by him. 4.
