JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Learned appearing on behalf of B.N. Mandal University submits that in compliance of order under contempt altogether 29,62,660/- has already been paid to the petitioner. Only Rs. 345/- is due to the petitioner due to wrong calculation, as detailed in paragraph no.6 of the supplementary show cause filed on 22.01.2015.

Patna High Court MJC No.245 of 2013 (10) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to his calculation still Rs. 3,19,662/- is to be paid to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, since the order under contempt has been complied by the University, this contempt application is disposed of.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the calculation, he may file representation before the appropriate authority, who shall consider the same in accordance with law. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U
