It appears that the petitioner has already moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 50652 of 2023, which was rejected vide order dated 05.03.2024.

Petitioner has again filed an anticipatory bail application, which is not permissible.
