====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 It is the contention of the petitioner that without taking note of the observations of this Court on the 2nd show cause notice, punishment order has been passed.

If that be so, I am not inclined to make any further indulgence in to the matter.

However, petitioner shall have liberty to challenge the subsequent punishment order in accordance with law and it would be for the Court to consider all aspects of the matter while such a challenge is made.
