Perused the order of the Tribunal dated 03.01.2014 passed in O.A. 249 of 2013. If the petitioners have not been able to maintain the calendar in terms of the Tribunal's direction, this Court will not extend the time by interfering with the order specially when the enquiry, which was initiated in the year 2004 and completed in the year 2012, has not attained finality till 2017. If further time was required, the same should have been prayed before the Tribunal not before this Court.
