2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 336, 337, 353, 379, 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant along with police officials of Vaishali PS came at Adarshnagar went to apprehend one accused Guddu Kumar @ Maneria @ Khesari of Nagar PS Case No. 470 of 2022 under Section 396 IPC, in the meantime, one miscreant Haldhar Kapar along with others attacked upon the police officials and snatched AK-47 weapon, mobile phone and also assaulted the constables.

4. It is submitted that allegation is general and omnibus. The source of identification has not been disclosed in the FIR. Petitioners are poor daily wagers and they have been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner no. 1 claims clean antecedent.
5. However, counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners are named in the FIR and there is allegation that these petitioners along with other accused persons attacked the police party and snatched their arms.
6. Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners abovenamed on anticipatory bail in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 566 of 2022. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
