Misc. No.-39953 of 2014, whereby and where under apparently the attack was made to defame/to put blemish of the Honour of Hon'ble High Court, in the society.

We find that with the passage of time, the present petition has outlived its purpose and as such deem it prudent to close the present proceeding, reserving liberty to any public spirited person to approach the authorities pointing out any fresh cause of action as well as approach this Court, if need so arises. The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty/observation.
