The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 120(B), 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
