JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-08-2018 The present writ petition has been field for the following reliefs- (i) For a direction to the respondents not to sell the land allotted to the petitioner as a member of the Housing Society.
(ii) For quashing the order dated 15.04.2013 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna in recovery proceedings Case No. 168 of 2009 so far as it has refused to release the land of the petitioner by dismissing the objection filed by the petitioner.
2. Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner makes a statement at the Bar on instruction that in a subsequent development, during the pendency of the writ petition, the said land of the petitioner has been taken out from the fresh advertisement and

3. Having regard to the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
