The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Natwar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Guddu Lal kidnapped his minor niece. The petitioner and her husband Doman Lal are alleged to have facilitated Guddu Lal in kidnapping the victim. It is submitted that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Guddu Lal is alleged to have kidnapped the minor niece of the informant. The petitioner is a lady. Doman Lal, father of Guddu Lal has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41118 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

No.39080 of 2016 (3) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 02/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
