Petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2011 registered under Sections 331, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. After making submissions at some length, Counsel for the petitioner states that the dispute between the two brothers i.e. the informant and the co-accused Sanjay Singh has been given shape of criminal proceeding in which the main accused namely Sanjay Singh has been arrested and granted bail. It is submitted that the petitioner would also surrender and pray for bail stating all relevant facts before the Court for consideration. The application stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to surrender and pray for bail.
