The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is on remand since 03.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
