JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to get the land of the petitioner vacated immediately which has been forcibly encroached by the respondent nos. 6 and 7 and are intended to make Pucca construction over the said land of the petitioner.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land of the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
