The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are parents of the husband. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is general and omnibus of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Notice was issued to the complainant but no one appears.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48959 of 2016 (5) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/successor Court in connection with Supaul Complaint Case No. 1119C of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
