In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.426 (C) of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners being officials of Seed and Pesticides Company have supplied the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25735 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 seeds and pesticides of below standard causing damages to the crops of the farmers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have supplied the pesticides and as there is outstanding dues against the complainant, legal notice was given for payment, on account of which, the present case has been lodged.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui in Complaint Case No.426 (C) of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
