The State of Bihar & Ors.), this appeal is disposed of in identical terms. The benefits accruing and as was granted to Aditya Narayan Roy and others by virtue of the orders passed in CWJC No.4756 of 2009 be extended to the appellants on similar terms as was done in the case of Aditya Narayan Roy, subject to final decision in the SLP filed by the State Government.
