The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302, 307, 326, 147, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, and 5 of the Witch Craft Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation is attributed to him rather the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Laxman Das and Shyam Sunder Das.
