1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order, dated 12.03.2025, passed by the Presiding Officer, District Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7268 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/3 Authority, Munger, in Appeal No. 20 of 2023, by which Respondent No. 8 has been declared as Principal of the Ram Dev Singh Yadav Science College, Munger, and further directed the Director of Education, B.S.E.B., Patna, to constitute the Governing Body of the College.

Learned counsel for the State as well as Private Respondent No. 8 and the Board jointly submit that the impugned order is appealable before the State Appellate Authority, under Rule 14 of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015, and the petitioner without challenging the impugned order before the State Appellate Authority has directly approached this Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the fact that impugned order is appealable before State Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, dated 12.03.2025, before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today.

5. If such an appeal is filed along with condonation of delay petition, the State Appellate Authority is directed to consider the same on its own merit and dispose the appeal in accordance with law as early as possible.
