Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that while the informant was returning from market by new motorcycle, co-accused Vikram Sharma caught hold of him, both these petitioners assaulted by farsa causing sharp cut injuries on the informant due to previous enmity.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits there is case and counter case and present case is counter blast of Sarai Police Station Case No. 115/2020. Both parties are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29200 of 2020(2) dt.04-12-2020 2/2 pattidar and next door neighbour. Injuries sustained by the informant have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let both the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sarai Police Station Case No. 112/2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
