It has taken a period of more than four years for the Vic-Chancellor and the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as 'the University') to comply the order of this Court dated 03.11.2010 inasmuch as such an order has been passed only on 19.01.2015 and yet there is an

Patna High Court MJC No.6035 of 2012 (4) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 apparent error on the face of record in the order with regard to date of absorption of Riddhi Nath Jha and Nirbhay Narayan Chaudhary, whose date of absorption, in fact, seems to have been interchanged.

3. The Vice Chancellor, who is present in the Court, submits that it is purely a typographical error and the same shall be corrected by a fresh notification within a period of one week from today.

4. That being so, this contempt petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chancellor to make necessary correction in the concerned notification.

5. The personal appearance of Mr. Saket Kushwaha, Vice Chancellor and Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, Registrar of the University is hereby dispensed with.
