2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that some miscreants have taken away mobiles and cash of Rs.10,000/- from the brothers of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Ajeet Kumar @ Pallu was apprehended. He has given his confessional

It has further been submitted that save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against him. No recovery has been made from his possession. It has further been submitted that co-accused Ajeet Kumar @ Pallu has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8717 of 2026. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 03.08.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 549 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XXVI, Danapur.
