The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/307/379/385/427/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially other co-accused demanded ransom from the informant, thereafter the named accused persons including the petitioner in a subsequent occurrence took the informant to the house of co-accused Dilip Jayswal, there he was assaulted and his money was snatched. No overt-act is alleged against the petitioner, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. The case-diary would reveal that the injured sustained simple

Considering the fact that petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he will fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of this case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court in connection with Mahua Police Station Case No.285 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
