2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 08.04.2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11400 of 2011 in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 103 of 2010.
3. Learned counsels for the parties submit that both the parties have compromised and accordingly, this case may be disposed of.
