1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal before the Director, Primary Education, on 03.08.2021, being aggrieved against the order passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran, dated 12.07.2021, bearing letter no. 845.

3. The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7068 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 respondent authority to dispose the appeal, dated 03.08.2021, which is pending before the Director -cumAppellate Authority Primary Education.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a reasonable time frame may be fixed for disposal of the appeal of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of prayer made in this writ application, the respondent no. 4-the Director -cumAppellate Authority Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
