Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. as the petitioner ought to have approached this Court under that provision of the Code of Criminal Proceeding, as there is inherent power vested in the Court to give effect to the order passed under the Code. The order dated 29.10.1992 passed in Cr.Misc.No.10411 of 1992 was containing certain directions to the lower court as regards hearing and disposal of the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., which was the order passed under the Code and if the petitioner is desirous of putting some effect to that order, he should approach the Court again under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
