The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya (O.P. Jaitpur) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 498A, 307, 326/34 and 304(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no prosecution witnesses have supported the prosecution version. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.08.2018.
