2 In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter is being taken up for final disposal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6223 of 2015 dt.28-03-2018 2/2 3 The case of the petitioners is that under order dated 20.11.2017 passed in CWJC No 2288 of 2016 and order dated 03.01.2018 passed in CWJC No 2639 of 2016, the case, in respect of all others seeking appointment by way of regularization in the district of Jamui, has been disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the grievance and dispose of the same. It is prayed that similar order may be passed in the case of the petitioners also as their entitlement of appointment by way of regularization is an issue to be looked into by the District Magistrate. 4 In view of the aforesaid submission, no useful purpose will be served keeping the writ petition pending any further. 5 In this case also, this Court directs the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the grievance of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 6 This writ petition stands disposed of.
