JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-11-2020 Heard Mr. Babu Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mustaque Alam, representing the State. In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 331 of 2020 and, this Court, vide order dated 25.2.2020, rejected the same and, Instead of surrendering before the court below, the petitioner has again moved this Court for anticipatory bail. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28847 of 2020(2) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected and the petitioner must surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today and, in failure, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj is directed to arrest the petitioner.
