The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
99 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered near the house Nathuni Mandal.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
