The petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 386, 387, 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act, Sections 16(1) B, 17, 18, 18(A), 19, 20, 38, 39 and 40 of U.A.P. Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of occurrence, i.e. on 2.5.2016, the petitioner was already in custody in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016. Xerox copy of the aforesaid First Information Report has been enclosed as Annexure-2. He further submits that name
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30267 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 of this petitioner has been disclosed by three co-accused persons as named in the written report who were apprehended by the Police.
Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Xth, Saran, in connection with Maker P.S.
