2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to the fact that though against the order of dismissal, which is impugned herein, he had

Patna High Court CWJC No.10261 of 2015 (3) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 moved before the respondent no. 3, but the appeal has been forwarded to the respondent no. 4 for consideration, being the Competent Authority in the capacity of the Chairman of the District Level Executive Committee of Sarva Shiksha. Learned counsel submitted that the matter is pending for quite some time and the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider the appeal pending before him expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the same shall be done.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to dispose off the appeal pending before him, expeditiously, and in any case within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him.
