The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The offence, alleged, is theft of a motorcycle which was recovered from the possession of co-accused Jitendra Pandey and in the confessional statement of Jitendra Pandey and Sanoj Kumar name of the petitioners has transpired as co-culprit. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from their possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45146 of 2016 (4) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Daudpur Police Station Case No. 188 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
