2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Sections 8/20(B)/(II)(B)/22/23 and 27(a) of the NDPS Act and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 5 Kg. of ganja and one pistol from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge quantity of ganja having been recovered, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
