====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant and his brother by the petitioners and other co-accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners and informant are agnates and in the background of some land dispute, the present accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38849 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
