2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 17.02.2020 passed in B.P. No. 50 of 2020, arising out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019 by the learned 8th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
