JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 This application has been filed for a direction for expeditious disposal of Title Suit Number 19 of 2009 (Dr. Shri Chandra Bhawnani Vs Babita Singh and others) which is pending presently in the court of Sub-ordinate Judge 2, Civil Court, Patna.
2. The Sub Judge-II, Patna is directed to conclude
4/4 the Title Suit No. 19 of 2009 within six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
3. If required, Sub Judge-II, will hold day to day hearing of the title suit. He will not grant unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. He will proceed ex parte against the non-cooperating party.
4. This order is being passed in view of the fact that the title suit is pending between the parties since 2009.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
6. After disposal of the Title suit, a report must be filed before this Court by the Sub Judge-II, Patna. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
