2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 (1), 118(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioners are the mother and brother of the main assailant Doma Mahto who has stabbed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 05.02.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not the

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/ concerned Court in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025.
