The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No.10 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 364, 366A and 372 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has stated that she had went together with the petitioner out of her own free will, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Raghopur P.S.
