The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is unmarried Nanad. They have falsely been implicated in this case with general and omnibus allegation. Further submission is that husband is already in custody.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2246 of 2017 (4) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Saran in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
