Let the defects be removed within two weeks of the start of the physical Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,379,307,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and other six accused person to have assaulted to the informant and his brother with various weapons.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25376 of 2020(2) dt.01-10-2020 2/2 Submission is that there is case and counter case. The Doctor has found simple injury on the person of the injured vide injury report at Annexure-5. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 01.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Town Police Station Case No.72 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
